Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter of the €90,000 SnG Races promotion is Casino.Net.
2. The promotions will run between the following dates:
   1. February Race #1 – 00:00GMT February 1st to 23:59GMT February 7th 2010.
   2. February Race #2 – 00:00GMT February 22nd to 23:59GMT February 28th 2010.
   3. March Race #1 – 00:00GMT March 1st to 23:59GMT March 7th 2010.
   4. March Race #2 – 00:00GMT March 22nd to 23:59GMT March 28th 2010.
   5. April Race #1 – 00:00GMT April 1st to 23:59GMT April 7th 2010.
   6. April Race #2 – 00:00GMT April 22nd to 23:59GMT April 28th 2010.
3. All winners will receive their allocated prizes as stated in the relevant payout tables within 72 hours of the close of each promotion.
4. All winning accounts are subject to standard Fraud and Security checks to ensure compliance with Promotional and General Network T&Cs. Any accounts found to be in breach of Fraud or Network rules will be locked and disqualified from the promotions
5. A Poker account is personal and shall only be used by the person whose details match those registered under the account. Failure to abide by this may result in immediate disqualification from this promotion.
6. No account can be used for more than 17 hours a day and no account can be used from more than 2 IP address and 2device IDS (Computers).
7. All points will be awarded according to the "Points Allocation" table.
8. All leaderboards will be updated daily and posted on a relevant website for customer viewing at the earliest opportunity each day.
9. During Race #2 each month, Casino.Net will accumulate the points accrued between the two Races, and display them alongside the leaderboard for the respective Race.
10. All prizes will be paid within 72 hours of close of Race #2.
11. Poker Managers reserve the right to adjudicate or amend any result as they see fit.
12. Casino.Net reserve the right to use customers Nickname and/or first name and last initial for use in reasonable amount of marketing and/or future promotions.
13. Any players found to be "soft playing" or "team playing" in qualifying tournaments in order to enable a player to further his position will be disqualified and all accounts will be suspended.
14. Any abuse of the chat facility during qualifying tournaments will result in disqualification and account suspension.
15. Casino.Net reserve the right to withdraw or alter this promotion at any time or to refuse this offer to any player.
16. A total of €90,000 is available to be won in the "€90,000 SnG Races" promotion.
17. In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion will continue throughout the assigned period, though in cases of prolonged downtime Casino.Net reserve the right to change dates or extend the promotion. Casino.Net will be the sole arbiter as to whether the promotion will be rerun.
18. Casino.Net reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any disconnections as per the general rules of the Casino.Net Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Casino.Net reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
19. No director, employee, consultant or agent of Casino.Net or any of its group of companies or its suppliers, vendors or white label partners is eligible to participate in any of the above promotions directly or indirectly, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' includes, but is not limited to, any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
